APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – Appleton Police are still searching for a missing man.
22-year-old Nicholas Hietpas was last heard from on April 1.
Officials have reason to believe that he is with a white German Shepard named Samantha.
His vehicle was found in the town of Doty in Oconto County in mid-April.
Hietpas was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, blue jeans and brown work boots.
