FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The suspect in a 2018 shooting in Fond du Lac has been convicted.
Prosecutors announced Friday a jury convicted Delaney Watt of 14 counts.
Watt had been accused of shooting at a group of people walking into an apartment complex on Forest Avenue. Two people were shot, leaving one paralyzed from the waist down.
The shooting appeared to target a person in the group who owed money for drugs. That person was not shot, prosecutors say.
Watt faces at most over 200 years in prison and 70 years of extended supervision.
