FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ) – Wednesday marked the one-year anniversary of 11 tornadoes hitting Fond du Lac County on the same day.
County Communications and Emergency Management Director Bobbi Hicken heard story after story
“I know how great Fond Du Lac County is,” she said. “When put to the test, it was very impressive to see.”
The tornadoes ranged from F-zero to F-2’s in scale.
“We had no deaths and no injuries. Yes, they were low scale, but they still will injure, they still can kill.”
Hicken also praised county residents for helping their neighbors out in the wake of the storms.
