APPLETON, WI (WTAQ) – A 31-year-old Appleton man has been indicted for allegedly impersonating a Deputy US Marshall.
Adam Fevold is believed to have done so to be excused from work.
According to the indictment, Fevold allegedly indicated to the company that he had the authorization to use a U.S Marshall-issued credentials and equipment, a badge, handcuffs, a drone, bulletproof glass and emergency lights for his vehicle.
Prosecutors say he was also in possession of a firearm.
