TOWN OF FREEDOM, WI (WTAQ) — Four people were hurt in a morning crash near the Town of Freedom in Outagamie County.
The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office says the crash happened shortly after 7:30 on CTH C north of Rock Rd. A Chevy Malibu driven by an 18 year old female from Seymour, was traveling southbound on CTH C, crossed the center line and struck a Honda CRV head on. The Honda, traveling northbound, was driven by a 53 year female from Appleton.
The driver of the Chevy Malibu and three juvenile passengers between 13 and 15 years of age all sustained non-life threatening but significant injuries and were transported to a local hospital.
Theda Star helicopter transported the female driver of the Malibu.
The driver of the Honda CRV was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
The crash is still under investigation.
