OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Oshkosh police are investigating the circumstances that led to a woman being found laying in the road early Thursday morning.
The woman is being treated for life-threatening injuries.
Police were called to the 200 block of West South Park Avenue after a single-vehicle crash.
The 23-year-old woman was the passenger in the vehicle and police say the driver is cooperating, but no arrests have been made.
