MANITOWOC, WI (WTAQ) – A teen crashed a stolen Highway Department Truck and crashed it into two vehicles, including a squad car.
Green Lake police officers say a cognitively impaired 17-year-old boy left his home and ended up behind the wheel of the pickup truck.
Police say they attempted to stop the boy when he hit a dump truck and the police car.
During the pursuit, police were able to get in front of the truck but the boy rammed into the back of the squad.
Charges are expected to be referred.
No injuries were reported. The teen is being evaluated.
