WAUPACA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ) – One of the men convicted in the beating death of a Clintonville teen is again being sentenced to 30 years in prison.
Zachary Hohn appealed his original sentence, claiming prosecutors violated a plea agreement by making a specific sentencing recommendation during his sentencing hearing. After the case was sent to another judge, the sentence was upheld.
Hohn and Adam Ozuna were charged for beating Matthew Pagel to death and robbing him back in 2016.
