GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – The Green Bay Packers may be on their bye week, but their November 24th matchup against the San Francisco 49ers has been flexed to Sunday night.
The game was originally slated for 3:25 p.m. but was moved to 7:20 p.m., bumping the Seattle-vs.-Philadelphia game to the afternoon and moving the game from airing on Fox to NBC with the change.
San Francisco (8-1) leads the NFC West, while the Packers (8-2) currently lead the NFC North.
Fox’s lineup that day includes the Dallas Cowboys vs. the New England Patriots at 3:25 p.m. – the same time as the Green Bay/San Francisco game was originally scheduled. This use of the flex allows more fans across the country to see both games.
The Seahawks-Eagles game moves to noon on Fox, Miami-Cleveland moves to noon on Fox, and Carolina-New Orleans moves to noon on CBS.
The league also announced several changes for the Week 16 schedule:
- Houston at Tampa Bay will be at noon on Saturday, Dec. 21 on NFL Network
