GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Not the most dominant performance of the season, but the Green Bay Packers will take a 20-15 victory out of Sunday’s game with the Washington Redskins at Lambeau Field.
Aaron Jones rushed for a season-high 134 yards and a touchdown on just 16 carries, Aaron Rodgers threw for 195 yards and the Green Bay Packers did enough to beat Washington.
The Packers closest challenger, the Minnesota Viking, also won, beating the Detroit Lions 20-7 to stay on the Packers heels.
The division-leading Packers improve to 10-3 on the season and host the suddenly resurgent Chicago Bears next Sunday.
