WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – An Appleton man was charged Friday with six counts of possession of child pornography after images were found on his phone.
53-year old Richard Cook told police there were 60,000 pictures on his phone, with more than 1,000 pornographic images. Not all of the images were of minors.
He is scheduled to make an initial appearance Friday in Winnebago County court.
