GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Even though the Packers won’t be in Sunday’s Super Bowl matchup, it’s still expected to be a busy day at area bars and living rooms alike. Green Bay Police Commander Kevin Warych says you ought to have a plan if you plan on drinking.
“We encoruage people to take part in the SafeRide program, to have a designated driver, and take advantage of the SafePark program,” Warych told WTAQ.
The SafeRide and Safe Park programs allow you to arrange for rideshare rides or placards that will exempt you from overnight parking fines if you talk to your bartender beforehand.
