OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) – Oshkosh Police are investigating a homicide on the east side of town. Officers were called to a disturbance involving a weapon at a home along the 1200 block of Waugoo Avenue at approximately 4:07 p.m. on Sunday.
A 67-year old Oshkosh man was found with a stab wound. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. A 63-year old woman at the home suffered minor injuries.
A 28-year old Oshkosh man has taken into custody for First Degree Intentional Homicide.
Police report it was an isolated incident and the public is not in danger. All three people knew each other.
