OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ) Two more people have been arrested in relation to the January 31st fatal shooting at the Fox River Mall.
Dezmin Ellis’s brother, Ralph W. P. Ellis, and mother, Shirina H. Willis and were arrested in Oshkosh.
Police are recommending they be charged with harboring and aiding a felon.
Police say Dezmin Ellis shot and killed Jovanni Frausto near to food court after an altercation over a girlfriend.
Ellis fled the area after the shooting and was arrested last week by US Marshals at a home in Des Moines, Iowa. He’s being held on $1.5 million bond.
