FOND DU LAC, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Adrian Irby was charged with six counts Tuesday, including possession with intent to delivery amphetamine, after police seized more than three pounds of drugs during a traffic stop.
Irby, 35, was ordered held on a $300,000 cash bond at an initial appearance Tuesday. He returns to court March 6th for a preliminary hearing.
Fond Du Lac police says Irby was arrested February 19th with a shipment of drugs from Mississippi.

“Upon searching the vehicle officers discovered approximately 3.25 pounds of methamphetamine and a loaded handgun. One of the suspects, the target of the investigation, was arrested and taken into custody for felony drug trafficking and weapon charges. The street value of the methamphetamine that was seized is estimated to be approximately $148,000. This seizure is the single largest amount of methamphetamine ever seized in the City of Fond du Lac.”
