GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – A man charged in 2019 for a 2015 sexual assault was acquitted by a Brown County jury.
Dwayne Carlton faced two sexual assault and one kidnapping charge for the incident outside an east-side bar.
After a trial last week, a jury acquitted him of all three counts, court records show.
