TOWN OF SCOTT, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Four ice fishermen were rescued from the waters of Green Bay Monday.
New Franken firefighters said the four had gone out to the bay when the ice broke behind them. Around 12:15 p.m., emergency crews responded to an area off Point Comfort Road and pulled them to shore.
The fishermen were stranded about 100 yards from land.
No one was injured.
