DE PERE, WI (WTAQ) — Mike Vande Walle, the co-owner of the eponymous “Uncle Mike’s Bake Shoppe”, died Thursday after a battle with COVID-19, according to his family.
The legendary Kringle maker was 63.
In a release posted to Facebook, family members said “I think God must of needed Kringle for Christmas and that is why he needed him. ”
Family and friends may visit at Ryan Funeral Home on Saturday, December 26, 2020.
A funeral service will begin at 4:00 p.m.
