GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK)– A structure fire at the 700 block of Winford Avenue Sunday caused an estimated $50,000 worth of damage, according to the Green Bay Metro Fire Department.
Fire crews were called to the Winford Avenue home at approximately 12:04 p.m. Sunday where they say flames and smoke were visible from a kitchen window upon their arrival.
Officials say the fire was under control within 10 minutes.
The fire displaced one resident.
