GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) — Ahead of an unusual Halloween, Rob Sussman and Casey Nelson head to downtown Green Bay with Green Bay Ghost Tours to check out the spookiest places in town, including Captain’s Walk Wine Bar, the alleged home of a ghost named Helen, and Madrid Tapas Bar, built right next door to an old funeral home.
