(WNFL) – Green Bay Packers running back Aaron Jones who is entering the final year of his contract with the Green Bay Packers will head to training camp later this month with a chip on his shoulder.
What has him annoyed? It’s all about not being ranked among the top ten running backs in the NFL.
Jones who made his comments while appearing on the Pat McAfee Show explained what made his game take off last season.
Jones added that he does expect to go to Green Bay for training camp on July 28th.
As for Jones looking for a new contract, he and his agent no doubt paid attention to the deal signed by Derrick Henry with the Tennessee Titans. ESPN reports the deal is worth $50-million over four years with more than half of it guaranteed.
