BRILLION, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Ariens Plant in Brillion was evacuated for what turned out to be a false alarm of an active shooter.
A company spokesperson says the alarm was triggered at around 2 p.m. Company protocol required the plant to be evacuated.
Authorities were called to perform a sweep of the facility. Other Ariens Brillion facilities were secured at the time.
Authorities gave the all clear just before 4 p.m..
