MENASHA, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Greater Fox Cities Habitat for Humanity wants to help 100 tornado-impacted families get back into their homes by Christmas.
The organization announced its Tornado Rock the Block 100 effort on Wednesday. It will focus on replacing roofs, windows, doors and exterior damage to homes. The goal is to have the work finished by Dec. 15.
A group of Fox Valley businesses have donated $3 million to the project.
Fox Cities Habitat plans to release more details on how the program will operate and how people can apply at a news conference next week.
