NEW LONDON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An apartment building in New London is ready to open its doors to tenants.
Located at 305 W. Wolf River Avenue along the Wolf River, the complex is aptly named SCS Wolf River | Waterfront Apartments. S.C. Swiderski is the real estate developer and property management company behind the project.
City officials, the New London Chamber of Commerce and SCS joined together Tuesday to host a ribbon cutting ceremony celebrating the new addition to downtown.
According to SCS, the complex “offers a rare blend of natural beauty and city convenience” with its riverfront location, which “puts boating, dining, shopping and community events right at your doorstep.” Built on approximately four acres of land, SCS Wolf River features main-level parking and three stories of apartments — studios, one-bedroom units and two-bedroom units.
The building “brings modern comforts and convenience to apartment living” with amenities that include:

- Dishwasher
- Personal balcony
- Allows dogs and cats
- Waterfront views
- Fitness room
- Community room and patio overlooking Wolf River
- Remote working/collaboration space

Units range from 460-1,279 square feet. Multiple floor plans are available for each apartment type. According to the SCS website, the cheapest studio unit starts at $1,190 per month and the most expensive is a two-bed, two-bath unit for $2,625 per month.
