APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An Appleton man was arrested, accused of possessing child pornography.
The investigation into Josh Fetzer, 43, began after the department received online tips through the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), Appleton police say.
During the course of the investigation, investigators identified evidence leading to ten counts of possession of child pornography.
With the assistance of the Special Investigations Unit and the Drone Team, Fetzer was taken into custody without incident.
Fetzer was taken to the Outagamie County Jail, where he is being held pending formal charges by the Outagamie County District Attorney’s Office.
No formal charges have been filed.
