Milan Stewart (Wisconsin DOC)
APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Milan Stewart was convicted Wednesday of sexually assaulting a woman in Kimberly.
Stewart, 28, pleaded no contest to felony stalking, fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct for the April 16, 2025, incident, court records show. Sentencing is scheduled for July 17.
The case began after a woman reported that while she was on a walk, she was approached and inappropriately touched by a man, who immediately ran away. Officers conducted a canvas in the area and, using security camera footage from a residential property, were able to identify a suspicious vehicle and person near the scene at the time the incident occurred.
Additionally, investigators were able to use various traffic cameras to positively identify the vehicle and the driver.
Stewart was convicted in 2015 of sexually assaulting a person on the Newberry Trail in Appleton.
