APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Appleton Fire Department is offering food truck inspection that will be recognized by multiple Northeast Wisconsin communities.
Inspections focus on cooking equipment, fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, generator and electrical safety.
Trucks that pass inspection will receive an annual compliance sticker.
Fire departments that will honor the inspections are Appleton, Fond du Lac, Fox Crossing, Grand Chute, Green Bay, Harrison, Kimberly, Neenah-Menasha and Oshkosh.
