GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Police are looking for more witnesses to a crash on Green Bay’s far east side that sent two people to the hospital.
Green Bay police say they were called to S. Huron Road near Sitka Street around 6:40 p.m. Thursday.
Initial investigation indicated a group of motorcyclists were speeding when one of them, a 20-year-old Green Bay woman, lost control and hit an SUV.
Both she and the SUV driver, a 49-year-old Green Bay man, were taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
Their names have not been released.
After the crash, the road was closed for investigation until about 2 a.m.
