(WNFL) – Robert Gasser allowed 5 hits and 1 walk over 6 innings while striking out 7 to lead the Milwaukee Brewers to a 6-1 win over the San Diego Padres on Saturday.
William Contreras had 3 hits including a 2-run home run for Milwaukee. Jackson Chourio had 2 hits including a home run and Jake Bauers had a solo shot.
The Brewers took a 3-0 lead in the fourth inning on the home runs by Contreras and Bauers.
The Brewers continue spring training play Sunday afternoon when they play the Chicago Cubs.
