Manitowoc, Wis- Farmers, agricultural professionals, and next-generation producers are invited to attend the Farm Forward Conference on Friday, March 27, 2026, at the Farm Wisconsin Discovery Center. The one-day event will focus on one of agriculture’s most pressing challenges: successful farm transition and succession planning.
The day will begin with a featured session led by internationally recognized farm family transition coach, Elaine Froese. Froese brings decades of experience helping family farms navigate the difficult conversations required to protect both their businesses and relationships. Her approach emphasizes practical, proven strategies that families can begin applying immediately.
The afternoon program will include a transition planning panel featuring key agricultural advisors alongside a farmer who has successfully navigated one generational transfer and is preparing for the next. This power-house panel includes:
- Will McKinley, Menn Law
- Steve Bodart, AgriGrowth Solutions
- Tommy Oesch, Swisslane Farms
- Kristy Pagel, Leading Edge Consulting
The event is for those who are looking to be a part of a highly engaged audience of progressive farm owners, next-generation producers, and agricultural professionals who are actively planning for the future of their operations.
