GREEN BAY (WLUK) — Vance Degeneffe was sentenced Monday to five years in prison for a drive-by shooting in Green Bay.
Degeneffe, 19, was convicted of first-degree recklessly endangering safety for the June 9, 2023, shooting. He was also placed on extended supervision for five years by Judge Samantha Wagner, court records show.
Previously, Myles Schinke was sentenced to four years in prison for his role in the shooting.
Police believe that the intended target, a 17-year-old boy, was not inside the N. Broadway home at the time of the shooting. Three people were home — a 45-year-old woman, a 38-year-old man and an 11-year-old girl. None of those people were injured.
