OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The Oshkosh Police Department is currently investigating a missing persons case for Frederick L Ellis.
Ellis is an African American male, 5’10” and approximately 160 pounds; and was last seen wearing a blue hoodie, blue jeans and black shoes.
Officers were contacted by his family on Saturday as they have not heard from Ellis since October of 2025.
His family are concerned for his safety due to mental health concerns.
Ellis is currently homeless and does not have a current address.
