Trump says he will sign executive order classifying fentanyl as ‘weapon of mass destruction’

Dec 15 (Reuters) – U.S. President Donald ‍Trump on Monday said he would sign and ‌executive order ‌classifying fentanyl as a weapon of mass destruction.

“With ​this historic executive ‍order ​I will ​sign today, we’re ‍formally classifying fentanyl as a weapon of ‍mass destruction, which is what it ‍is,” ‍Trump ​said during ​an ⁠event at ‌the White House.
