APPLETON, WI (WSAU) — Another lawsuit has been filed against Wisconsin’s Safer at Home order.
The owner of the Kingdom Kuts children’s salon in Appleton says the order violates her Religious freedoms and impairs her ability to operate the salon, which has a Christian theme to it.
It’s the third lawsuit that’s been filed against the order. Three weeks ago Assembly Republicans filed suit to block an extension of the order through May 26th. Two private citizens have also filed suit, citing violations of Religious freedom and freedom to assemble clauses in the US Constitution.
The state’s high court heard arguments in the first case filed by lawmakers last week but has yet to deliver their ruling.
