GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A male involved in a disturbance on Green Bay’s west side was taken into custody after refusing to exit his vehicle.
Green Bay police say around 10 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to the 800 block of Elmore Street.
The suspect left the scene but was quickly located in a vehicle in the 500 block of Dousman Street.
Officers established cause to arrest the male on charges of disorderly conduct (domestic violence related) and obstructing an officer.
The male refused to exit his vehicle.
Crisis Negotiators and SWAT were called to the scene.
The suspect was taken into custody at approximately 1:15 a.m. Thursday.
