GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Three Menominee tribal members have been sentenced for stealing a rifle.
Prosecutors say Anthony Boyd, 23; Mary Ann Dodge, 33; and Brett L. O’Kimosh, 42; agreed to break in to a relative’s home in Keshena. Once the three arrived, O’Kimosh stole the rifle and Boyd helped, prosecutors say. Someone inside the home chased the men away before they could steal anything else. They got back into the vehicle, and Dodge drove them away.
The three then went to a home in Neopit, where they traded the rifle for drugs.
Federal judge William Griesbach sentenced O’Kimosh to three years in prison, followed by three years of supervised release. Boyd and Dodge were each sentenced to a year and a half in prison, followed by three years of supervised release.
