APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Kaimari Jones was ordered Monday to stand trial for allegedly firing shots at another vehicle on a Fox Valley interstate.
Jones, 19, of Racine, is charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and criminal damage to property for the Feb. 5 incident.
An arraignment date was not immediately available.
According to the criminal complaint, Jones was riding in a car that tried to merge in front of a woman on College Avenue. The woman sped up so the car Jones was in couldn’t get in front of her. Someone in Jones’ car threw a soda at the woman’s car, and her son threw the soda back, according to the complaint. Jones allegedly then fired two shots. No one was injured.
