ALLOUEZ, WI (WTAQ) – The Brown County Sheriff’s Office reports that there was no attempted robbery – and no suspects are being sought in connection to an incident along the 2100 block of Webster Avenue on Saturday.
New information shows that no knife was displayed, and the reporting individual never retrieved his gun.
The case is being closed as charges are referred to the District Attorney’s office regarding false information provided to officers.
