GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Several people were stabbed Saturday morning on Green Bay’s west side on S. Chestnut Avenue, including a pregnant woman.
Police say five people in total were stabbed. All are expected to survive.
Police say it happened around “Bar Time”. Bars close at 2:00 am.
“We’re not looking for anybody, the public is not in danger,” said Paul Ebel. He echoes the message Green Bay officials are emphasizing, saying they believe this is an isolated incident and have interviewed everyone involved.
Ebel, commander of detectives for the Green Bay Police Department, says that includes the suspect.
“The number of people that we interviewed we kind of have the story all put together, we’re trying just to piece it all together with what the crime scene is showing us.
No names have been released and the incident is still under investigation.
