WAUPACA COUNTY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — A flood emergency has been declared for the waters of the Wolf River in Waupaca County downstream of New London.
Waupaca County Emergency Management’s declaration imposes a slow-no-wake zone on the river. The slow-no-wake order covers waters within 500 feet of any permanent building, not including fishing rafts.
The flood emergency continue until county officials determine the waters have receded to a non-threatening level.
