(WTAQ) — Over 1,500 people in Wisconsin have tested positive for the COVID-19 Coronavirus.
State Health Officials on Wednesday released those numbers. 24 people have died. There have been over 18,000 negative tests.
State officials, for the first time, have released hospitalization data. 398 people in the state are hospitalized as a result of the virus. That’s 26% of total cases.
There are now 12 confirmed cases of the virus in Brown County, and another 12 in Outagamie County.
Milwaukee County still has the highest total number of cases at 780.
