LEDGEVIEW, WI (WTAQ) – Three people are in custody following a standoff in Ledgeview.
Brown County Sheriff’s deputies were serving a drug task force search warrant at a home, where suspects refused to cooperate. The SWAT team then used chemical agents to force them to surrender. Nobody was hurt.
Over three ounces of meth were seized, along with weapons.
Authorities are recommending charges including possession with intent to deliver meth, keeping a drug house, being a felon in possession of a firearm and failure to surrender.
The names of the suspects have not been released.
