GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ) – Green Bay Police are looking to question two people in connection to a shooting incident on Western Avenue on the city’s west side on April 7th.
It’s believed Manuel Mendoza and Dolores Garcia are together – and have ties to Green Bay, Shawano, and Menominee Tribal reservation areas.
It is believed that all involved in this incident are known to each other and this was a targeted incident. Mendoza is a person of interest in the shooting and should be considered armed and dangerous and should not be approached.
