(WTAQ-WLUK) — Two people were arrested Friday in connection with a Green Bay shooting.
Authorities say they received information that Manuel Mendoza and Delores Garcia were possibly staying at a residence on River Road on the Stockbridge-Munsee Reservation.
The Shawano County Special Response Team executed a no knock search warrant at the residence and Mendoza and Garcia were taken into custody without incident.
Another 25-year-old man at the house was also arrested and is being held on local charges.
During the search warrant, a firearm and illegal drugs were seized.
Earlier this week, Green Bay police say they were looking for both Mendoza and Garcia in connection with the April 7 shooting that happened on Western Ave.
A 27-year-old man was injured in the shooting and taken to the hospital.
Mendoza and Garcia were first transported to the Shawano Jail and later custody was transferred to Green Bay Police Department.
