OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — With the defense team still reviewing recently-delivered evidence, an Oshkosh murder case remains on hold.
Ian Suzuki is charged with first-degree intentional homicide for allegedly killed Jay Puestohl.
At Monday’s final conference, another final conference was set for June 24. No trial date was set.
All of parties appeared by video from separate locations, with the court providing a public live stream online.
The incident happened Feb. 2 at Suzuki’s mother’s home, during an argument about the conditions for him to live at the residence, police said. Suzuki, 28, allegedly stabbed Puestohl, 67, a retired police officer.
