GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — The COVID-19 crisis is claiming another local business.
The restaurant closed in mid-March and began offering curbside pick-up and delivery.
However due to decrease in patronage, coupled with the seasonal nature of the restaurant’s menu, led to a temporary closure at the end of March.
“When we made the decision to temporarily close in March, we never imagined it would become permanent,” said general manger, Adrienne Winter. “We will miss our staff and guests dearly. Thank you to for warmly welcoming us into your community, allowing us to share our farm-to-fork story and cuisine with you.”
The Rail Yard Management Team is committed to finding an operating partner to fill the space.
The Cannery Public Market will reopen sometime in June to give customers the opportunity to use any outstanding gift cards.
The business was just shy of celebrating it’s fifth anniversary but was not able to hang on through the financial devastation of the coronavirus shutdown.
