APPLETON, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – Construction on Richmond Street started Tuesday.
Northbound Richmond St. just south of Northland Ave. will be closed for approximately 10 days.
A detour has been established, directing traffic west onto Wisconsin Ave. to Lynndale Dr. and back east to Richmond St. using Northland Avenue.
Due to location of the work, there is no northbound access to Weiland Avenue, north of Lindbergh Street.
The closure has been established to allow a developer to install new water and sewer laterals for a development taking place near the intersection.
