OSHKOSH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) – The area’s largest Christian music festival will not take place in 2020 because of the coronavirus pandemic.
In a message posted on Lifest’s website, organizers say local health authorities advised against holding the event.
“As organizers, our top priority has been and remains for the safety and well-being of all involved. And with positive Covid-19 cases continue to increase, specifically in Winnebago (C)ounty, the decision to cancel was inevitable.”
Life Promotions says the festival will return in 2021.
