NEENAH, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — An arrest has been made in connection with a threat that closed Neenah Middle School Wednesday.
Police Chief Aaron Olson and school district superintendent Steve Harrison have called a news conference for 3 p.m. to release the latest details.
The district announced Tuesday night that middle school classes would be held online Wednesday because of “a potential threat to school safety.”
Authorities emphasized the threat was specific to the middle school. It was separate from social media posts made over the weekend. Police determined those posts were not credible.
