GREEN BAY, WI (WTAQ-WLUK) — Green Bay police are looking for the owner of a dog that bit and scratched a juvenile.
Police say it happened in the 100 block of 12th Avenue Thursday around 5 p.m.
The juvenile was walking north on the city sidewalk when they were approached by a loose, small black dog, possibly a puppy, without a collar.
Police need to verify the dog’s rabies and vaccination status.
